Shared kitchen

Kitchen rules

🍳

The kitchen belongs to everyone. Leave it as you found it and the rest takes care of itself.

  1. Wash your dishes or load the dishwasher.
  2. Only run the machine when it's full.
  3. Wipe the worktop, the table and the cooker after you.
  4. Crockery stays in the kitchen.
Why it matters

Your shelf

Each cabin has its own shelf in the display fridge, marked with its name. Keep your food there, tidy and wrapped.

If you eat outside

Bring the plates and glasses back and wash them. Don't leave dirty dishes or scraps near the barbecue — they attract wild animals.

Rubbish

Labelled bins, outside. Cardboard and bottles (deposit scheme) separately. Dirty containers, napkins and food scraps go to general waste.

In the evening

Don't leave the fan or any appliance running. There are no fixed hours — stay as long as you like. We'd only ask that, if you're the last to leave, you close the kitchen for the night: lights off, everything clean.

When you check out

Empty your shelf of anything perishable.
